1 Torendi Tower Penthouse II

Everyone is up late the next morning, but Marjorie still manages to get them a nice breakfast made before lunch time.

Marjorie invites Alivia’s daughter over after that and Marjorie makes her first child friend with her cousin. Her name is Caitlin by the way. Poor neglected child.

Upstairs they’ve added a computer so that Alijah can work on his aspiration as well. Miguel likes it because he isn’t as lonely anymore.

That toilet is 9000 simoleons! Kaching!

The kids are off to their first Scout meeting! Poor Caitlin has to go back home where her mother probably isn’t.

The bars were for Alijah, but Alvetta gets to play on them too. These kids definitely don’t have a fear of heights. Not sure how safe putting the toy that close to the edge is.

Marjorie needed one more handiness point for the nerd brain aspiration, so we got a carpenter table and she made two mirrors.

This is Nani. She’s Alvetta’s second child friend.

Alijah’s monster came back and they played a bit before he asked it to leave so he could sleep.

All of Marjorie’s transforming and scientist work has paid off, and they now have a very nice master bathroom. Miguel only has a little while longer, I think, so I wanted him to be able to experience the high life. Even if it’s only in his tub.

Marjorie, by the way, is at level nine of her career. I go to work with her every so often, but not super frequently.

She finished the rocket at work. She has bought one for home, but she hasn’t built it yet.

Alijah is finally on the last stage of his aspiration. I always find rambunctious scamp to be the most annoying for me.

This dude is Amir, and he’s Alvetta’s first grown up friend.

Miguel made a run to the museum for his aspiration while everyone was gone one day. It was an in-and-out kinda deal.

He’s gotten pretty good at painting. He might max it out before the end of his life.

Kid #3, Johnathon. Almost there!

Miguel’s first masterpiece. We decided to keep it, especially since the pop up about the end of his life came up.

Alvetta completes her aspiration by becoming friends with this lady, Payton. She took rambunctious scamp as her next one, but she won’t complete it.

Marjorie got her last promotion! She uses the funds from that and a round of transforming chairs to renovate the master bedroom.

She and Miguel get to enjoy it together. He’s holding on-he’s at the last stage of the painter aspiration and I’m curious on if he’ll be able to finish it.

It was a season premier. I really ought to redo their living area, but I want to finish the restrooms, do the outside, and the kids rooms first…

It’s Love Day! I let Miguel take a break from painting, and Marjorie a break from various money-making tasks (including a vacation day from work).

They went to the karaoke bar for a date.

Neither of them are very good at singing, but they had fun anyways. Miguel got a “Nailed It” moodlet, a positive one for singing really bad.

At home, Marjorie is working on finishing her rocket. She needs to upgrade one or launch one five times, and I keep forgetting to follow her to work.

Alvetta is left to her own devices for the most part. Poor Alijah is chained to the monkey bars, working on getting those last few points, until he’s about to starve.

It’s a cake!

Marjorie is an elder now. I’m running out of time for this challenge, but I think I can do it. Especially if I really buckle down on making money.

I got all the restrooms and the laundry room done. Alvetta is put on laundry duty.

Alijah finally gets his last skill point and finishes his aspiration. So he’s free to do what he wants for the rest of his childhood, which is about a day.

Marjorie finished her rocket and takes her first trip to outer space in it. As an elder.

I can’t believe it. Miguel finished the painter aspiration. There’s a few of his masterworks hanging around the house. He’s also on the last tier of the mansion baron one. All that’s left is to add 150k value to the house…yay.

Everyone has breakfast together the next day. It’s the twin’s birthday, so it’s the last bit of time before I shackle them to something, probably.

Alvetta is still in charge of clothes. There’s a lot of clothes. I regret the laundry room.

Marjorie actually maxed out gourmet cooking at some point. Maybe making these cakes? I don’t remember.

Happy birthday kids!

Alvetta grew up to be neat, to go with her child of the ocean trait. The mod I used assigned her the tutorial aspiration, so I changed it to the new Island Living one.

Alijah is a freaking stick and gained the athletic trait to go with his cat loving trait. He ended up with the mansion baron aspiration, which is fitting since I doubt Miguel will hold on THAT long.
